- C.A.R. offers state, regional, and national gatherings to meet new people from coast to  
  coast, many of whom become lifelong friends! 
- C.A.R. teaches effective meeting conduct and parliamentary procedure!
- C.A.R. offers fun!
- C.A.R. family educational experiences!
- C.A.R. offers opportunities to learn about history while creating history!
- C.A.R. builds confidence in meeting people, public speaking, leadership, etiquette, and

- C.A.R. trains good citizens by participation on the local, state, regional, and national
